Tax credit communities offer apartments specifically for people whose income falls within a certain range compared to the average income in the area. This makes housing more accessible for many essential workers. We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes.  There is a Giant Food about a 5 minute walk away in the Shops at Park Village.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
